Dr. Randall is a senior international consultant and energy executive, with a wide experience in the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Construction and Research industry sectors. He is a recognised expert in major projects planning and control, together with a specialist in transformational business performance improvement.
Dr. Randall is a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers (FICE) and holds a PhD in Computing/Engineering from Aston University in Birmingham and an MBA from Dundee University.
